Batheaston Medical Centre has been providing quality family medicine to Batheaston and surrounding villages since 1950. We work out of purpose built premises with a stable and happy primary healthcare team.
We pride ourselves on providing good access to services and recognise that reliable access to a regular clinician is a marker of quality. We score highly in other markers of quality too, and have consistently scored top marks in the Government’s QUOF programme for assessing the achievements in chronic disease management. We are rated in the very top band in the “Friends and family test”, with over 98% of our patients being happy to recommend us to others. We won the first ever “GP Practice of the year award” run by the Bath Chronicle.
Our doctors and team proactively update their own learning, and as a training practice we contribute to the education of young doctors in the health service.
Our aim is to provide personalised, patient centred care, working with our patients to maximise their potential for health, whilst enjoying the interactions along the way!
